Is a deposit required when booking a party?

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

Is tax and gratuity included?

Pricing does not include taxes or gratuity (gratuity is decided upon by you after the conclusion of the party).

What kind of credit cards are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.

Are there other special food pacakges available?

Special food packages are available for an additional cost.

Are we able to bring in outside food to the party?

No outside food allowed other than birthday cake/cupcakes for scheduled parties.

What if we don’t have 10 children?

Price will be the same except you will have extra tokens to divide between the guests that participate.

Can I choose the color of the plastic table cloths and birthday plates?

We have many options available and will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

Can we have a party with something other than pizza?

Yes, we have a catering and regular menu available to meet your needs.

Can I make a reservation and bring a cake into the restaurant?

We currently practice call ahead seating only and require a booked party to bring in your own cake. We offer numerous desserts for your a la carte dining experience.

Can I book a party that is longer than the 120 minute time slot?

Yes, we can customize our price to fit your needs.

What do you offer for kids with allergies?

We have many items that are peanut free and gluten free, or meet many other allergy specifications.

Who do I call the day of the event if I have any questions?

You can call the restaurant at (717) 747-9663 and ask to speak with a manager. Our current hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 4pm – 9pm; Friday 4pm – 10pm; Saturday 11am – 10pm; and Sunday 11am – 9pm.

Do you offer a babysitting service or do you offer a secure game area?

Not at this time. Our guests are responsible for their own children and their behavior during your visit at Bogey Macaws American Grille.

How often do you clean your facility?

Our facility is cleaned daily and gets a deep cleaning every week.

Can we bring our own DJ?

We often have parties which bring in their own DJ, Guest Host (Spider Man, Princess, Balloon Twister or Face Painter). Party is required to have a private room upgrade to make this available option.
