Troy Sweitzer, Executive Chef
Executive Chef Troy Sweitzer has been serving his unique brand of upscale American cuisine in the central Pennsylvania area for over fifteen years. Working for both small family operations such Casa Rillo’s in Camp Hill, PA and prestigious fine dining locations such as Heritage Hills Resort and the Conestoga Country Club, Sweitzer has a proven knack for combining decadent flavors with elegant presentation.
Graduating from Baltimore’s International Culinary College (as well as an esteemed apprenticeship with Sedona’s famed Enchantment Resort) has clearly given Chef Sweitzer’s dishes the ability to infuse cross-cultural flavors into a wide array of accessible dishes.
